How can I place an order?

Can I visit to see the casts in person?
Absolutely! I am at my studio pretty much every day, if you are passing through NYC and want to come out to check out the space, please email justinryankendall[at]gmail.com or DM @fountainheadgipsoteca on Instagram to schedule a visit
How long will it take to get my order?
Almost all items are made to order and cast by hand, so orders will ship within 1-4 weeks. For the time being, I am a one-man operation but I will endeavor to get casts out as soon as possible.
Do you sell damaged casts?
Yes, on occasion casts come out with minor blemishes like air bubbles or perhaps one gets dropped in the studio. I set these aside and discount them for people, anywhere from 20-50% off depending on the piece. What if a cast arrives damaged?
I take great care to package casts for safe transit, but in the rare event a piece arrives damaged, please send photos so I can file a claim with UPS and send a replacement.
How much is shipping?
Orders of $100 or more are free within the contiguous United States, with all others being a flat rate of $15.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Of course! If you live in NYC or are planning a visit, you can swing by the studio to grab your cast(s)
Do you accept returns?
Pieces are cast by hand and made to order, so all sales are final. But I am willing to work with you on any issue that may arise.
Do you offer discounts?
I endeavor to make all of these casts affordable, and I am always willing to work with people on their budget. I offer discounts on larger orders and to customers who pick their orders up locally. Slightly damaged casts are discounted as well.
